Korean Air: CARGO RESERVATIONS
Korean Air Cargo is looking for new cargo reservation agents (starting position).
PROFILE
-
Fluent in English. (Dutch & Korean are an Advantage.)

Proficient computer skills including Google Workspace
-
Both attentive to detail and quality, as well as decisive, oriented organized, solution-driven, and results-
-
Basic air cargo knowledge, including customs formalities and procedures are an advantage.

Must be eligible to live and work in the Netherlands
-
(Korean Air will not support any application for a work permit)
-
Security screening (Veiligheidsonderzoek Staat van Inlichtingen B -burgerluchtvaart) will be required.
JOB DESCRIPTION

Manage air cargo bookings and coordinate rate issuance.
-
Handle incoming inquiries and provide professional customer support.
-
Monitor and manage space and allotment control.
-
Support the Sales Team with communication and reporting.
-
AWB pricing and general administrative duties.

Provide backup support for administrative tasks.
