Hey!Hallyu, jouw favoriete K-pop store in Nederland, is tegenwoordig ook veel betrokken bij K-popconcerten in Nederland. Zij zijn opzoek naar vertalers die gedurende de dag bij de communicatie tussen het Koreaanse team en de Nederlandse productie kunnen helpen. Daarnaast vertaal je vaak ook tijdens de VIP-activiteiten en het concert zelf!

Korean Air: CARGO RESERVATIONS
Korean Air Cargo is looking for new cargo reservation agents (starting position).
PROFILE

Fluent in English. (Dutch & Korean are an Advantage.)

Proficient computer skills including Google Workspace

Both attentive to detail and quality, as well as decisive, oriented organized, solution-driven, and results-

Basic air cargo knowledge, including customs formalities and procedures are an advantage.

Must be eligible to live and work in the Netherlands

(Korean Air will not support any application for a work permit)

Security screening (Veiligheidsonderzoek Staat van Inlichtingen B -burgerluchtvaart) will be required.
JOB DESCRIPTION

Manage air cargo bookings and coordinate rate issuance.

Handle incoming inquiries and provide professional customer support.

Monitor and manage space and allotment control.

Support the Sales Team with communication and reporting.

AWB pricing and general administrative duties.

Provide backup support for administrative tasks.
