Hii everyone,

My name is Sara, fourth year student Korean Studies and this year I am your Commissioner of Committees. It is my responsibility to set up the committees in collaboration with our 8 fabulous committee chairs. I also keep in contact with the committees all year long, and you might even catch me in one of your committee meetings :D ! Even if you’re not in a committee you’ll see me often at one of the activities organized by our association: including study sessions, potlucks, and if you catch me before midnight, even at a party. This year I’m also in the newly rebranded Travel Committee, in which we do not only organize the first years’ camping trip, but also work really hard to organize the most fun trips for all of our members. Hopefully we’ll see you on one of our trips!

 

My personal goal for this year is to be less chronically offline, so I like to spend my free time taking walks, reading, crocheting, or doing other creative activities. When I’m not at uni you’ll probably find me at an aesthetic café either studying ór postponing my studies. You can always approach me for questions, a yap-session, or the best café recommendations in Leiden and surroundings (I’m a self-proclaimed matcha connoisseur). Let’s make this year a fun a productive one together!
