Lexone full-time position (40hrs)
We are Lexone, a Korean-owned company specializing in Logistics & E-commerce. Our company is a KOTRA (Korea Trade Investment Promotion Agency) affiliated corporation, working in cooperation with various Korean clients and performing customer service tasks. What's the job?

Full-time position (40 hours a week)

Primarily responsible for telephone and email correspondence with international and Korean clients using English and Korean

Providing administrative support within the company

Responsible for planning and managing logistics related to imports and exports in collaboration with other departments
What do you need to bring to the table?

Fluent in English in both speaking and writing; Korean is plus

Logistics and E-commerce experience is not required; customer service experience is plus

Proficiency in using MS Office

Killer communication skills

Collaborative Team player
